Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo or via Geodis/Calberson with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

In case of claim concerning possible defects or mark of deterioration of products (average, product missing with regard to the delivery slip, the damaged parcel, produced broken, etc.), the customer will have to acter his observations on the delivery slip and confirm them by mail with acknowledgement of receipt in 2 days which follow at the address:

Except the cases of hidden vices, no claim and no reserve will be accepted, after reception of products by the customer, if this one did not respect the detailed procedure above.


In the case of a payment by check and by mail, the delivery deadline indicated on the product sheet will begin to run only after reception and collection of the check (your order is reserved 72 hours. Crossed it deadlines, if your order cannot be honoured, your payment will have returned to you. If the good is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and can cancel his order. He can then ask for the exchange of the product or his refund. In case of possible delay, sculpture-decoration informs by e-mail the customer.

sculpture-decoration cannot be responsible for a possible delay due to the carrier.

sculpture-decoration is not responsible for an error of delivery in case of inaccuracy of address and coordinates supplied by the customer.
